## General information
The URL https://schemas.bgr.de/boreholeml/3.2/ is the home of the new version BoreholeML 3.2.0 published on 9th September 2025. 
BoreholeML 3.2.0 was creatd by the AK BoreholeML4, a working group of the German State Geological Surveys (SGD).

## Directory structure of BoreholeML 3.2.0
All corresponding files of release 3.2.0 are distributed to the following directories:

1. https://schemas.bgr.de/boreholeml/3.2/ 
The root directory of BoreholeML 3.2.0 contains all XML schema definition files of BoreholeML 3.2.0.

2. https://schemas.bgr.de/boreholeml/3.2/examples/
Subdirectory for examples for BoreholeML 3.2.0 instance documents.

3. https://schemas.bgr.de/boreholeml/codelists/v2/
The directory for the catalogue of controlled vocabulary (codelists) used with BoreholeML 3.2.0.
It contains codelists files in version 2.x and the corresponding XML schema definition and supplementary files.
Codelists in version 2.x are designed to be used with BoreholeML 3.1.0 and 3.2.0.

4. https://schemas.bgr.de/boreholeml/model/3.2/
The interactive model of BoreholeML 3.2.0 is published in the given subdirectory of the general directory for interactive models of all functional versions of BoreholeML.
